由東莞常平至香港,祖傳三代,一直忠於鑽研臘味製作,巧遇良師傳授秘技,以及抱著精益求精的精神,於元朗自設工場,䇄立多年,為香港市民帶來可口的臘味產品;

 

我們相信,好的臘腸不僅是美味的食物,更是一種文化傳承,所以我們秉承著傳統的工藝製作方式,採用最優質的原材料、新鮮豬肉和香料,並且乎合安全衛生標準,確保製作的每一根臘腸都具有獨特香港家香的風味和品質。
