蠔豉冬菇臘腸飯

臘味飯乃秋冬必備食品,但原來除了擺放兩孖臘腸在飯面上外,稍作改良的蠔豉冬菇臘味飯可以令這款必備食品更上一層樓

蠔豉冬菇臘腸飯
材料:

蠔豉 200g,豬肉 100g,臘腸 2條,冬菇 2粒,白米 2杯,薑絲 少許,鹽 少許,生抽 少許

做法:
  1. 將蠔豉用熱水沖洗乾淨,浸泡4小時。
  2. 將臘腸、豬肉、冬菇切粒。
  3. 將白米洗淨,加入浸蠔豉的水,鋪上蠔豉、豬肉粒、臘腸粒和冬菇粒,撒上薑絲和鹽。用電飯煲煮熟。
